Case swap 7050 mt
Hey. I just got a optiplex 7050 mt (the big boi) and was wondering is it possible to do a case swap? I have a little bit of experience with computers so if I need a little bit of rewriting or getting adapters I should be fine. Thanks. Also don't go to technical please and thank you.

Unfortunately 7050 motherboard is Dell proprietary (not standard form factor) designed only for 7050 case. It would be very difficult or nearly impossible to swap that board to a standard case.
Dell also uses proprietary thin form factor psu in 7050 with 6 pin white connector that you would not find in standard psu.

Okay thank you for that info. All right second question. Am I able to upgrade the psu to a 300w one? I personally don't care if its outside of the case.

Yes you can upgrade stock 240w to Dell 360w (with one black pie connector, or even 460/500w w two PCIe) psu of same thin form factor and psu can stay inside case.
e.g., inexpensive 360w Dell psu upgrade option used on eBay. H360EGM-00 19YR3

WHAT KIND OF COOL CASES THAT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE OPTIPLEX 5070? I WANTED TO TO AN CASE SWAP BUT I DO NOT KNOW THE COMPATABLE CASES!
