Motherboard interface layout

Question

I own a Dell OptiPlex 7010 thats has 4 Sata connectors, but they're not labeled so I don't know which are Sata 2 or Sata 3... Does anybody know or have found documents saying which is which? BLUE is port 0 then Black is PORT1 which are the SATA 3 ports.

The Next 2 white ones are PORT 2 and 3.
