PowerEdge show alert correctable memory error logging disabled for memory device at
After a BIOS update and reboot on my host i am getting the following error mesage.
Critical Alert; Correctable memory error logging disabled for a memory device at location DIMM_A1
Is there another need for a BIOS update ?
Will the alert go away after a reboot?

Hi @Prometheus,
You might be facing a new feature in the BIOS settings after updating to the newer version. Here is an article about the feature and what can the administrator do. A reboot will usually clear the issue. This feature will also help to identify faulty memory if needed.
