Service Tag does not exist in Dell's website.
Hi Dell Team,
We are currently experiencing an issue with the ServiceTag on our Dell server. When attempting to enter the tag on Dell's website, an error message stating "Service Tag or Product ID Search Error" is displayed. could you please advise?

As a Dell partner i can say that this can happend from time to time. If you order this server currently than just call dell customer care or inform the seller from which you have bought the item. Dell have more than one database where we have seen cases that the STAG was not exists in all of them.
It can be depends on the product type, where do you buy it (Dell or a Distributor). Because we monitoring our servers and the warranty was one type of check (we use a API provided from Dell)we see that most of the time servers are effected for us but i have seen Clients and Storages as well.
