TechDirect website error

Hello,

For the past month, when I try to open a service request on the TechDirect website, I receive the following error message:

"Technical Support not available at this time, please try again later."

I manage a large number of servers, so this issue makes it difficult for me to open support requests.

Is there any workaround or solution for this problem?
