While going through our hardware inventory and using OpenManage Enterprise for collecting the inventory we noticed that the service tags for our direct attached storage units MD1400's dont show up in the inventory. I can see the hardware listed under Storage Enclosures, and the hard drives are listed under Disk Array. If I connect to the iDRAC address and view the server I can see the Enclosure listed under Storage with the full view into all of its properties such as hardware status and information such as service tag, firmware version and other info.

Is it not possible to pull this information into the OpenManage Enterprise system to keep from having to directly connect to a server to view this info. I have over 50 servers with direct attached storage that we really don't want to have to directly login to when we want to view this information. I also don't want to create a static list that we have to maintain and update when we have a tool such as OpenManage.
