thank you for the reply.
checked the Vdisks and saw it wasn't balanced between the controllers

after that i went to:Storage > Virtual Disk > Advanced > Redistribute Virtual Disks

after that received the error mentioned

this is a common problem that may come from a not correct iSCSI configuration.

Please can you post your iSCSI address configuration?

You can see here (pag 34) a sample.

Each NIC should have a different subnet.
