MD3420 RTC Error
Hi
i have an MD3420 controller reporting an RTC Error and must be replaced, i have replaced the coin battery but hasnt made a differance. is this something that can be reset?
The controller management itself doesnt report and error but the serial port does

Hi,
It is possible that the actual RTC chip has failed if the battery replacement didn’t resolve it and replacing the controller would be the solution. Is this the only controller in the device or do you have two controllers?

i have 2 controllers.
i know other controllers have a reset so thought these may aswell

Is the controller in lockdown mode because of it? There are some commands but they require phone support as they need to be remoted in to run them. Let us know if you need anything else.

Hi
no, there not in lockdown. i can get into the vxshell to remove lockdown but thats it.
i dont have a support contract so, maybe have to find another solution.
