MD3660 two controller switching to primary continuously

MD3660 two controller switching to primary continuously, that time we can't access VMs from datastore connected to this storage. 

virtual disk's alert: “Cache data lost after power cycle or reset”

Controller's printing this alert every 5-10min : “RAID Controller Module wide port has gone to failed state”

After we fix this issue we planned migrate data to our new storage. Please support on this issue.
