ME4012 controllers lost communictaion
Hello,
I have ME4012 with dual controller. Few hours ago both controllers hangs - they answers to ping, but management interface does not load on both controllers. Front and back panel LEDS are in normaln state, storage function appearrs to be not affected
This device works as a storage for vmware cluster so it could not be switched off. How can I securely reset controllers?

Hello tszczesn,
Try to serial/putty connect into the management IP.
If you can do that, then restart the MGMT part of the controllers with "restart mc both" to see if management comes back.
