Medium Changer Missing in TL4000

I have a TL4000 with 4 drives directly connected to a Netbackup Appliance 8.2

From the NBU Master server, I can 'see' the 4 drives but not the picker (robotic arm).

Re-inventory of the library does not help.

What am I missing?

Fahme,

 

It sounds like you did not install the correct drivers. What you would need to run is the nonexclusive install. When you download the drivers there are two files exclusive & non exclusive, you would need to run the non exclusive install, which will install the picker or robot driver.
