boot up with serial console connected, output as follow, wait for a long time nothing more(above 1 hour). the iscsi gigabit port is up and pingable , but cannot using modular disk storage manager to manage.

this md3200i is dual controller,both of controller have the same issue.

I'm looking for suggestion and support , thanks in advance.
