Hello everyone,

We have a storage unit stuck in lockdown mode - is there a way to fix it by running commands on the execute command window? (which keeps timing out)

Tried rebooting - didn't help.

Trying to run commands on the execute script windows - either timing out or keep saying its in lockdown mode.

Any help is much appreciated...
