Second controller module failure in 2 months MD3820i
After a major power event in Dec/Jan:
- Controller module 1 failed and was replaced under Pro Support in March 2021
- We hadn't had the chance to extend our pro support and now controller module 0 appears to have failed
How can we determine that purchasing a replacement will solve the issue and that there is not another underlying issue that has triggered both failures?

Hi,
What errors are you getting? You can look through the logs for errors and maybe it will point to something else being the problem. Is there clean power going to the device? Let us know if you have any other questions.
