Show incorrect CPU Core in Dell Precision 7720
Hi all
i have Dell Precision 7720 with i7 7820HQ
7820HQ has 4 Cores and 8 Logical Possessors
but in device manager and task manager, Windows show 4 Cores and 4 Logical Possessors
My windows is 10 x64 Build 19041.685
i installed Vmware Workstation
i installed Dell Precision Optimizer and in Bios All cores activated.
No Events found!

Check in the Bios and make sure Hyperthreading is enabled.

Welcome to the Dell Community @B.Jan Ahmad
You need to check your "Multi Core Support" in the BIOS.
ALL are selected by default but it could have changed for software support.
Not sure what Hyper Threading would have to do with how many cores are being used???

i checked:
Hyperthreading is enabled.
Multi Core Support is enabled.
so, i set "Default" bios and after restart show correct number of Core
