Check in the Bios and make sure Hyperthreading is enabled.

You need to check your "Multi Core Support" in the BIOS.
ALL are selected by default but it could have changed for software support.
Not sure what Hyper Threading would have to do with how many cores are being used???

i checked:
Hyperthreading is enabled.Multi Core Support is enabled.
so, i set "Default" bios and after restart show correct number of Core
