Hi! We have the dell 1320c color laser printer and it just stopped working. There's no error messages, nothing. Print jobs in queue never print. this is exactly what happened to our last dell laser printer and we bought this one. :-(

We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't make a difference. Any suggestions?
