Dell B2375 not working.
My B2375dfw was stuck in power save mode. I power cycled it and upon reboot it is now on the home screen with all of the boxes blank doing nothing. hit any button and it just pops up with "Please Wait" It will not respond to anything. I have even tried to factory reset and nothing will work.
No Events found!

Kristylee, My B2375dnf & B2375dfw is doing the same. If you any find solutions, please let know. .

There is an SD card on the back side of the Controller board that has to be changed out. I have contacted Dell several times to try to get a diagram and so far they will not provide it. They want you to pay a service tech to do it.

The slot is on the backside of the board. Opposite of the NIC

Change the SD card? Do you mean replacing what's in there with a blank or is there a pre-formatted one that needs to be ordered?
