Dell C1765nfw Printer-error 009-654 Code 288000

Question

My printer would not print the black writing portion. Prints colors and pictures just not the printing. Download suggested items directly from dell and still getting 009-654 Code 288000  restart printer contact support, and no printing at all.

I have the same problem. First 'black printing' faded away then nothing and the same error code. Please send information on exactly what the error code means as wiping the CTD sensors as suggested does not make any improvement.
