I have had this printer since 2010 and have had very few minor problems.  Just recently every time I try to print I get this message:  "The files dleecoms.exe and dleewbgw.exe from the printer driver have  been blocked.  Allow access for these files to work properly." 

Also, I just installed new Dell cartridges and I keep getting this error message on the printer:  Black cartridge missing!  Install cartridge or printhead damage may occur.

What must I do to fix these problems?  Thanks in advance for any help.
