We bought this printer and use it wirelessly on our home network.  The scanner appeared on my wife's Dell Hub.  She is running Windows 10.  Once I installed the software on my computer the scanner disappeared from her Dell Hub and my Dell Hub, I am running Windows 10 on a brand new Lattidtude E5570.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software without any luck, I have tried turning on file sharing in the advanced network setting with no luck.

If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it.
