How to: Disable WIFI on Printer and use USB/Wired connection instead?

I have the Dell V305.  Is there any way to disable the WIFI and use the wired connection?

I previously had the printer connected through WIFI, but now in a place without WIFI access.  I have the printer connected to my laptop with the wired/USB connection, but the printer will not communicate through the wired connection.  It seems to continue to seek a WIFI connection instead.

Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!

Joe DellV305 Question,

There should be a setting on the printer to turn on/off the WiFi adapter. Try reading this for another model, settings should be similar...

Thank you, but the instructions don't apply for the V305.  The Network Setup menus do not give any option to turn off the wireless function.  It seems odd that connecting USB does not override the WIFI.

Joe DellV305 Question,

You clicked on the wrench on the printer and looked for the setting?

When the printer is usb cable connected, computer usually cannot print using the wireless connection.
