I get this error when I try to print from my computer. When I print a status page from the printer its fine. The panel prompts you to unplug and plug back in, which doesn't help.

I have recently installed a new 3rd party toner cartridge. Which I'm sure Dell will say they don't support (but again, it works when printing a status page from the printer). 

Any thoughts?
