Processing Port 9100 on Dell 3100 after replacing drum

Getting this message Processing Port 9100 on Dell 3100 after replacing drum
Toner Cartridge Rotate Error. Any ideas of what and how I can clear up this error?

Hey did you get to figure this out? I'm getting the same thing, but I'm also hearing an unusual motor sound
