The Adobe Acrobat X software that was purchased and preinstalled with my Vostro 470 will not load anymore. It shows a message that the activation limit was reached for the serial number.  It says the serial number has been activated on 2 computers, but I haven't touched the serial number or used it on any other computer.  The serial number came from the Dell Digital Delivery (DDD).  I have tried reinstalling the software with DDD but the same serial number gets used and the software locks me out with the "activation limit reached" message.

I rarely use the software, so it has only now become a problem for me (it had a 30-time trial/warning period).  Since I paid for it, I would like to be able to use it when needed.

How do I fix this?  Can I get a new serial number?
