You might already know that the RTX 20X0 series (and any other end users/consumer/gaming graphic cards) are not supported on PowerEdge servers. You can find most of your answers within the tabs found here. Such as system compatibility, as well as supported models of GPU's.
That is is not supported does not mean it will won't work. Only that we cannot offer official support about how to configure them or make them work. So I think your best option is wait for another Community member who tried this unsupported configuration and can let you know their experience.
