EMC Das Storage connectivity Issue

Question

I have a Dell R930 server and ESXI V 7.0.3 installed on it
when i attached a DAS storage via HBA SAS module

the server couldnt detect it when it boot

i try to remove OS (though the os maybe is the reason) installed and wait the bios to detect it

but still not detect it even in bios or os installed

please help me to solve this case

A-Samy,   Would you confirm a couple details for me?   What is the specific model DAS storage device? What is the specific model of the HBA SAS controller? Has the DAS been configured with Virtual Disks yet? Is the server up to date on BIOS, iDrac, the HBA, as well as the DAS (if available)? Are you seeing any errors or amber lights displayed?   Let me know and we can go from there.
