I have server poweredge R740, when entering a system setup (F2) it is asking for password, the problem is I forgot the password, I find a solution for disabling forgotten password, jumpers and connectors.

The question is , if I go for password enables and disables thru system board jumper this will not affect the server settings like the RAID configuration ?
