Dual NIC data and heartbeat porting

Question

Have 2 servers with 2 extra NIC's in connected by crossover cables. Want to route Replistore sync data down these NICs and us them as heartbeat links as well. Can this be done so no data is sync'd across the NIC's connected to the LAN.

Yes, when you define your sites in RepliStor make sure you are using a different name for the dedicated network.

When defining the site, select the 'Use IP Address' field and populate it with the dedicated network IP. When creating your specifications, ensure you are selecting the dedicated site now created in RepliStor as oppsed to the public DNS names.
