Cannot see shortcut icons in Outlook 2007
We have just installed Sourceone 6.5.2.6031 and our clients are running Office 2007
The forms are showing up fine in Tools - Options - Other - Advanced Options - Custom Forms - Manage Forms
I have run an archiving and shortut archiving job and can search for archived messages but no icons are showing up in Outlook.
I have tried reinstalling Outlook and repairing Outlook on 2 different machines,
This is happening for both users we have selected to test on.
Now stuck for ideas going forward.
Any help appreciated thanks

Hello,
Are you seeing forms on the left side or under the Personal Forms section ?
Secondly if messages are shortcut then you should see the message class of the messages should have changed. Please add column for the message class and verify if the message class has changed from IPM.Note to IPM.Note.ExShorcut
Thanks,
Rajan

I am seeing forms on the left hand side with no forms under personal forms on the right hand side
After adding the message class, it is still IPM.Note

Ok, overnight when it ran again, it showed some shortcutted message and then I had to adjust the activity I set up to shortcut messages over 10k rather than over 50k
I set up some test mailboxes and some of these were messages were well under 20k so it just wasn't picking them up with the activity filter I set
When it ran again I can see the shortcutted messages
Thanks for the help
