EmailXtender 4.70.477 Public Folder Duplicates
Hi
We are successfully shortcutting mail content in our Exchange 2003 mailbox and public folder environment. When we restore a shortcutted item in public folders using the Outlook client I.E. Open an email, the mail item is successfully restored however it is created as a new item and the original shortcutted item remains. Each team we open the shortcutted item a new fully restored copy is created. Opening shortcutted email in mailboxes creates one single item and removes the shortcutted item.
How do we prevent duplicates in the Public Folders?
Thanks
Mike

I guess I was too quick in posting as I have now found the solution. The EX admin account required full access to the Public Folder tree which it now has and shortcutted items are now being restored with no duplicates and the original shortcutted items are now being removed.
Thanks
Mike
