Shortcut problem - no EmailXtender contact in GAL
Hello
I can't open shortcut in EX 4.80.266
In ShortcutAddin log there is line
"Restoring shortcut failed while attemping to retrive the Extender Serverlist
hr = 0x80075012 "
and there is no emailxtender contact in GAL
I ask for help

I created contact in AD then I had another problem with message
"... outlook is offline" but it wasn't
and when I set dummy connection mailbox in Extender administrator (I don't use journaling)
shortcuts began work correctly
