Shortcut problem - "Outlook is offline"?
Hi,
Running EmailXtender 4.7.477 on Win2k3-SP1. Excchange server is Exchange 2000-sp3/windows2000-sp4.
I successfully used EmailXtract to archive and shortcu a users mailbox. When I open the users mailbox in the Outlook2000 client on my EX server, I can see all the shortcutted messages pre-pended with "shortcuted". I installed the Outlook search plug-in on the Outlook2000 client on my EX server. I installed the Shortcut organisational form in Exchange as per the manual.
When I double-click on any of the shortcutted messages, the hour-glass appears for a few seconds then a message appears stating - "The message selected is archived and shortcutted and cannot be retrieved. Shortcuts are not available when Outlook is offline". My Outlook client is definitely not offline. Please help.
