Any help please some of the mail fails to journal when the script collects the mail every 60 seconds..

There appears to be something wrong with the message- there are no embedded messages in the mail - some blocking email are just message receipts
(we manually copy the mail to the sent items )

The OTG event log reveals unable to resolve mailbox (this on several users who have no problem with exchange and send email everyday)
