Confirm from local team if CCA is required here or not. If it is an outfamily upgrade and CCA approval is involved, it takes normally 4-5 working days for approval.
And the healthcheck, grab analysis etc.. depends how fast it is performed. If you have less number of hosts attached, It can happen even in a single day.

Thanks.
I'm new in symmetrix world, so can you explain me about CCA approval.
As far as i know CCA approval is needed when change something in bin file, but i've never created CCA request.
How to create CCA request..via powerlink or via Partner web site?

Change Control Automation (CCA) is performed by either by EMC engineer or partner only. It requires privileged powerlink access.

The procedure to upload the code in DMX3/DMX4 is fully "online" and transparent to the user. It does not take any request to EMC or machine lock.
