Need Performance analysis from DMX-4 & VMAX

Hi All, I need to submit the management every month the following Data.. is there any way to get all these data in a report. if we are using SMC Please find the attached format. Thanks

You can get somewhat similar information from SPA query management option. Below is the sample of metrics you can get from SPA (this is from version 2.2) I believe there are many more added in the latest release of SPA.
