How should I know which settings need to set for my BIOS.SerialCommSettings?

I should has a console connection to the TTYS0.

Set serial shows this:

/dev/ttyS0, UART: 16550A, Port: 0x03f8, IRQ: 4
/dev/ttyS1, UART: 16550A, Port: 0x02f8, IRQ: 3

Is not possible the the ttyS0 should has IRQ3 instead of IRQ4?

Which one should has the correct Serial settings?

External Serial Connector : Serial Device 1
Failsafe Baud Rate : 115200
Remote Terminal Type : VT100/VT220
Redirection After Boot : Enabled
