SupportAssist credentials lost. Recover? Reset?
Evidently I've lost the credentials to login to SA v3.4.1.
How can I reset or recover them?
Please advise

As seen in the manual, it will be based on how it was configured.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the link you provided offers no help. The first sentence begins with "You must be logged in to SupportAssist Enterprise ..."
The issue I've run into is "Username and Password combination is incorrect"
