I'm sorry to hear that have suffered from a ransomware attack. 

Have you purchased any active threat protection software through Dell that we could focus on why it didn't detect the ransomware? 

Sadly it looks like checkcheck07 doesn't have a universal decryptor yet. Here is an article I found:
