Yes there is. it is called BackGround Verify. The use of this function will be decided by

Support engineer.

2: Is there any function to monitor Flash Drives?

Yes you can check from Unisphere. (See below )

You will need to add ``Tier capacity`` from Dashbord with selection of extreme performance ＝Flash

3:Is there PACO function ?

Yes there is .But PACO also need to be handled by support engineer. It will not run automatically like VNX.
