Memory swap on my unity 480 xt

I have a 480 xt with memory alert in one of the banks, I bought on the internet 2 types of memory with the same frequency 8gb in this case and it didn't work, I bought one with the same part and vk af like the photo and it didn't work, my doubt is would the memory only work if I bought it directly from Dell, because even though it is from the same manufacturer the SP is not going up, then when I return to the old memory it goes up normally. After a week or so it alarms again. I have already inverted the memory banks and the error always follows the memory and not the slot, killing that the problem is always the memory.

In the attachment, the original memory of the equipment is the final 1917; the others were purchased from a partner.
