Hello Experts,
We have 10 servers that needs storage migration and we are using SRDF to migrate these servers . Can someone please list out steps how to step up SRDF replication between two vmax and what need to be done on the day of migrations.

Depending on the OS/LVM etc of the server being migrated the steps are slightly different, below is a paper I wrote some time ago based on some work we had to do in our own labs, the migration steps are detailed in here.

Hope this helps

yes, once the system is offline you will verify that pair state is synchronized and then split the pair. At that point you can remove zones from old array, present zones to new array, complete masking (unless it was done ahead of time) and bring up the system. Once everything is ok you can terminate RDF relationship. The reason i don't terminate relationship immediately is because there could be instances where someone tries to bring the system online on the new array and they mess up LVM. So instead of performing a full sync again you could perform incremental sync and try to bring them system online again.
