D6000 vs D3100 ?

@jphughan  Hi I'm using Dell vostro 3501 with i3 1005g1 with 16 gb ram, no usb c type, i need a multi monitor connection for day trading purpose, which dock station would you prefer D3100 or D6000 ? Or both have any lag , ? Should i buy a newer laptop.
