My laptop is new but now i am facing issues of auto shutdown and battery draining.

I called dell support they said motherboard needs to replaced, but till now i didn't got any call from their side.

Now i demanding complete laptop replacement.

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement.
