VxRail 7.0.410-27831807: Can't enable Support Connectivity
Hi all,
We have installed a 3-node VxRail cluster with integrated vCenter. All is working fine, but for some reason I can't configure Support Connectivity. I've tried both the Direct Connection and a Secure Connect Gateway.
I've verified that the VxRail Manager and SCG have access to Dell's back-end with ports 443 and 8443:
I don't see handshake issues in the logs whatsoever, but I keep getting this error:
I've checked everything in the KB article, but I am not able to move forward.
Has anyone seen this behavior or know a solution to this?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Erwin G.

Hi,
I did.
The support engineer fixed it by regenerating the universal access keys. They expired. After running the re-gen command on the VxRail Manager I was able to configure Connectivity via the SCG and all is working fine now.
Thanks!

Hello ErwinG77,
It is best to open a support case for this issue.
