Administrator password
HI
My dad purchased a refurbished laptop - Dell Latitude 7480 which we initially were able to set up. However now it is asking for a 'User' password.
How do I fix this????

If the seller cannot provide the password, return it for a refund. The only other option is to add the cost of a replacement system board to what you paid for the notebook.
