Changing OS language

Hello everyone. Just hoping to find better assistance on this section. Thanks for sharing your precious time  reading my scenario. I bought my laptop in a certain retail shop here in China, but the OS installed is in Chinese version, Windows 11 Home. Even I downloaded and installed English package in language and region settings, it cannot be set as default language. Only the Simplified Chinese is recognized. Is there have a way to change it? Thanks in advance.
