Dell Command Update not showing new version as an update
Dell Command Update used to show the newest version as an available update when checking for new updates. This no longer seems to happen since about 5.3 I think. Anyone else seen this?
We also do updates via intune but this used to be a good indicator as to whether users were completing the updates.

I think I'm describing the same problem as the OP.
Seen this problem for the past two days. The support site changed, from showing the latest version of the driver available in a simple pulldown, to opening a new browser window with the info in it.
Shortly after that change was made, the browser window which should have the latest driver info in it is instead mostly blank, only tells us to try again later.
Was surprised to see this persisting. Usually when this support site goes down, it gets fixed same day.
