I ordered two laptops with Office home and business 2021, I joined it to our Azure instance and we have a policy that auto loads 365 so it overwrote 2021 and the activation. Tried contacting Dell, they were absolutely useless, they asked me to reload the machine from F12, it relaoded but no Office or activation. I installed the iso they gave me but it still did nothing with activation.

How do I get the key or whatever is used in this instance? It was before I signed in so it wasn't attached to an account. I thought it would be in the Dell Digital Locker but neither the reseller I bought it from or Dell can tell me a registration code so I can add it to my account on Dell.
