Out of the blue, sometimes internet explorer will stop working. What will happen is that I'll double click on internet explorer, and I'll get an error message that says that internet explorer has encountered an error and needs to close. Then I'll log out of windows, log back in and windows explorer is fine. I haven't yet written down the error message, but I will the next time that the problem occurs. Any idea on what might be happening? I'm running windows xp on a dell computer with a high speed internet connection. I have both virus and firewall turned on.
