Multiple Laptops Windows Synced

I have a fun problem. 

I own 3 dell laptops and used one email address when setting them up.  Then 2 were given to my children as Christmas gifts.

Well when one of them change the background, all the laptops background change.  It looks like all three windows 10 are synced together.

Anybody know how to decouple each machine to be independent?
